Gujarat CM: Only Modi could bring semiconductor sector to India, every Prime Minister tried

Every Prime Minister made efforts to bring the semiconductor sector to India but only Narendra Modi succeeded, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel asserted on Sunday as he dedicated development projects worth Rs 640 crore for Viramgam at an event.

The semiconductor industry is rapidly advancing in Sanand and Dholera, he further said, adding that PM Modi has significantly raised the country’s global standing through development-oriented politics.

Speaking about the development journey, the Chief Minister highlighted that Gujarat is consistently undertaking various developmental projects.

The Prime Minister has always taken a long-term approach, the Chief Minister asserted, adding, “In 2003, during his time as Chief Minister, he launched the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit to promote industrial growth and job creation in the state. Today, the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit is acclaimed worldwide, and the expansion of businesses and industries in the Ahmedabad district is truly impressive.
